We received a handful of quotes before we chose them and they were right in line with the big window companies but we definitely felt a more personal feel. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows. We were informed of the process throughout and always kept up to date. During our final walk through when I windows were done, I did ask the best way to remove some of the glue/caulk on the windows (no bid deal, it happens) and they sent their professional window cleaning company out to take care of it. It's not just about the windows which were  fantastic quality. It's about the installation. DWF also had the best price out of anyone I quoted.
I love how effortlessly my door wall glides open. I love how the new windows look. All the new aluminum trim that was redone that looks perfect. But my favorite thing is how quiet it is!!! I still find it hard to believe just how big of a difference it is. My bedroom used to have a triple pane window, The new windows are double pane and it's so much more quiet than the old window was Even though it's only a double pane window.  And it's not just the master. It's the entire house!!  I could not have been any happier with my experience with DWF. One other thing I loved was that it was no BS. No fake half off sale. No 2-hour sales pitch. No saying we don't pressure people into buying Windows but our quote is only good for 11 days. Hurry before the price goes up!
